Научные интересы: светоизлучающие диоды, тонкопленочные сэндвичевые наноструктуры на основе свинцово-галогенидных перовскитов типа APbX3 (A = CH3NH3+, Cs+; X = Cl-, Br-, I-), фотоиндуцированная и электроиндуцированная миграция галогенид-ионов, перовскитные нано- и микролазеры, фотолюминесценция, электролюминесценция, лазерная генерация в структурах с электрической накачкой.
